Alberto Laurenti

Italian singer, composer, musician involved in several different music projects: Rumba De Mar (band specialized in live events), Ensemble Ethnique (World Music ambitious recording project shared with Paul & Peter Micioni and Massimo Zuccaroli; Picccola Orchestra Romana (an almost true risky business born to reread Roman popular music). Orchestra conductor at Cultura Moderna Slurp and taken part to various Rai and Mediaset TV shows. Author, arranger and art producer with Renato Zero, Tiromancino, Roberto Murolo, Franco Califano, Gabriella Ferri, Nino D'Angelo. Guitar player performer in Marina Rei and Gabin productions. Twice conductor at Festival di Sanremo. Great success of his theatrical performance in 2005 and 2006 and appointed Honorary Academician at Campidoglio in Rome. Author of musicals I Briganti, on stage at Teatro Greco and Salone Margherita. The arab gipsy piece Asilah written by him was included in Vol.8 of the renowned cd "Buddha Bar" and reconfirmed in "Buddha Bar Ten Years". His career continues with success especially in live shows with Rumba De Mar chosen also as resident band at Billionaire, Costa Smeralda.
