International Observer

Dub artist based in Aotearoa/New Zealand.

Keyboardist, songwriter and producer Tom Bailey initiated International Observer together with partner Rakai. International Observer is also a sound system in the Auckland region, playing five-hour dub sets.
Initially a duo, Rakai left the project at an unknown date.
