They later on changed their name due to a lawsuit from another band called Grip. Gustafson left before the recording of their first LP, Grimaldi was replaced by Jason Viebrooks, and the band went on to record two albums of groove-thrash metal in the early Machine Head vein with that line-up.
After the second album "Nemesis" was released in 1997, Viebrooks also left, and was replaced by Canadian bassist Stuart Carruthers for the recording of their third album "Solidify" (1999), before more or less naturally dissolving since the members were involved in other activities.
At this point, Lombardo is concentrating on the Fantomas project, and Sorychta has been busy producing bands like Tiamat, Moonspell, Lacuna Coil and The Gathering.
The band never really disappeared though, and in 2004 they released a new album called "Incorporated" with Sorychta filling in on bass duties.
