Danny Meehan is an Irish fiddler. He had been resident in London for over 50 years and has now returned to his native Donegal. He has performed as part of the Irish Traditional Music group Le Chéile. He also performs solo and with accompanist Reg Hall and other Irish musicians such as Dermot Kearney. He has issued at least two solo albums including "Navvy On The Shore" (Bowhand) & "Drimalost And Beyond" (double cd). He was an important part of the London Irish Music scene of the 1960s, along with Jimmy Power, Martin Byrnes & Bobby Casey.
