Sir Richard Starkey, MBE (born 7 July 1940, Liverpool, England, UK) is a British musician, singer, songwriter, and occasional actor. Better known as Ringo Starr being the drummer of The Beatles. He was knighted in the 2018 New Year Honours, for services to music.
