US musical electronics, engineering, and equipment company. Made up of the husband and wife team of Ron Wickersham and Susan Wickersham (neé Frates), they were closely associated with The Grateful Dead.

Most famous for their guitar and bass designs (with Rick Turner), they recoded the albums Workingman's Dead, Ace and Garcia. In 1971 the team bought Pacific High Recording and renamed it Alembic Studios. They also made highly customized musical electronics, which were installed in Phil Lesh and Jack Casady's basses, and Jerry Garcia's guitars.
