Icelandic jazz musician, pianist, keyboardist, songwriter, arranger and producer, born 9 September 1961.

He is internationally best known as a songwriter and keyboardist in the jazz funk/fusion band Mezzoforte, where he among other things wrote the hit song "Garden Party", which was the band's breakthrough in 1983.

Eyþór has an education in music from the University of Reykjavík, and has versatile experience from many different musical directions. He has established himself as the foremost jazz pianist in Icelandic jazz history, and collaborated with a number of people in jazz and jazz-related music, including touring as keyboardist with LAVA and Randy Crawford in Europe and Asia.
