I have all their albums, love hannah reids voice, simply stunning my favourite album truth is a beautiful thing raids voice just shines, rooting for you, oh woman and hell to the liars are just incredible my only gripe is the pressing it took me 3 copies to get a good one and even then it's not perfect, constantly having to clean it and it's still full of pops and crackles and poor noise level and I'm using a record cleaning machine, my hi fi dealer has offered to put it through their audio deck ultrasonic cleaning machine an offer I will be taking them up on as I love this album 😁
I can only agree with the below stated, Their LP If you wait is just a classic in every way. With top tracks like: If you wait, strong, waisted my young years and Hey now as my favorites! I'm already curious to their next LP...!
London Grammar are one the best acts to emerge from the British music scene in a very, very long time. Every release they put out is absolute gold, their album being something truly special. Reid's voice is just phenomenal, powerfully strong yet filled with soft emotion, and the production is clearly influenced by the more electronic side of music. Honestly, it's hard to point out their best work as they're one of the the rare groups that have a perfect release catalog; however, personally Metal & Dust, Shyer & Help Me Lose My Mind are in my top picks.
