Ernie Hayes

American pianist, organist and arranger, born Feb 12, 1929 in New York, USA.
He began his career as a session player by the early 40s. He participated over the next four decades in more than 200 Rhythm & Blues, Funk, and Soul sessions, showing up on records by James Brown, Nina Simone, Mickey & Sylvia, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Jackie Wilson, Aretha Franklin, Ian & Sylvia, and Sam Cooke, amongst others.
