American guitarist, (born 18 January 1956 in Miami, Florida, USA - died 18 August 2020 in Savannah, Georgia). He was a replacement guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers when Hillel Slovak quit to pursue his other band What Is This?. He has worked with artists such as Bob Dylan, Barry Goldberg, George Clinton, Charlie Sexton, Adam Knowles, Peter Case, John Hiatt, Gerry Goffin, and Tonio K. He died of a heart attack.
