So then, was Frank Prescod part of the All Platinum house rhythm section along with Yogi Horton and crew? I've been trying for YEARS to nail down WHO played WHAT on the All Platinum studio tracks AFTER the early house band including Bert Keyes on piano that also recorded as Willie and The Mighty Magnificents......?? Keyes reportedly left All Platinum Records subsequently in the mid - 1970's due to differences with the Robinsons and later went on to produce another vocal act that contained three of the original members of "The Moments" that Sylvia replaced with Ray, Goodman and Brown.

I would like to address a known fact re: Pillow Talk. I worked at All Platinum at the time Pillow Talk was released. Frank Prescod did not play bass on that track. Frank Davenport played bass, Ronnie "Pop" Lee played keyboard. I was the engineer right along with Michael Burton. Pillow Talk was originally for Al Green. Al Green did'nt like it. Sylvia exact words; "f--k it, I'll release it myself.
A band had been brought in from Memphis due to the Al Green flavor. Frank Davenport and Ronnie "Pop" Lee was members of my band. I had the two of them at the studio that morning to over-dub a couple of tracks on an album by "Brothers & Friends" never released. sylvia walfed in the studio while Frank Davenport and Ronnie "Pop" Lee was in the studio warming up. Sylvia exact words; "Michael who the hell is that?" Michael Burtons respond; "That's DG's crew" Michael Burton was told to get the track, Pillow Talk, from the vault. The track was played for Frank Davenport and Ronnie "Pop" Lee. After a couple of bars Frank looked up and said, "ok, we got it". Sylvia says to Michael Burton, Mike, they did'nt look at the charts. I spoke up, "They don't have to". Sylvia invited the three of us, Frank, Ronnie and me to her office. Both men being professionals, I told her they could speak for themselves. Over the next week the bass and keyboard was overdubbed on the entire album. The following week, Pillow talk was released.....
