Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
In 1975 he was signed to Philadelphia International.
He released one album there spawning some hits like the cover of Barry Manilow's classic, "Could It Be Magic".
One of his highlights is 1977's one-off single at Salsoul Records, "I Can't Turn You Loose".
Later in the 80's he got involved in the house music scene, collaborating with garage house producer Paul Simpson
