O I S E A U X - T E M P Ê T E ([wazo-tɑ̃.pɛːt] - Storm Petrels) is a constantly evolving collective that embraces the freedom of improvisation, as well as the communal function of collaboration. This is secular music that crosses boundaries and cultures. Created in 2012 by multi-instrumentalists Frédéric D. Oberland and Stéphane Pigneul, Oiseaux-Tempête regularly collaborates with friends like the electronic producer Mondkopf, Dutch performer GW Sok (The Ex's former vocalist), drummers Jean-Michel Pirès (Bruit Noir, The Married Monk), Sylvain Joasson (Mendelson), Ben Mc Connell (Beach House, Marissa Nadler), producer Radwan Ghazi Moumneh (Jerusalem In My Heart), Canadian violinist Jessica Moss (A Silver Mt. Zion), British bass clarinetist Gareth Davis, contemporary ondist Christine Ott and all-over adventurous musicians like Charbel Haber, Sharif Sehnaoui, تامر أبو غزالة, عبد قبيسي & Ali El Hout, Youmna Saba, Fadi Tabbal, Stéphane Rives, Blackthread...
