Le Orme is an Italian progressive rock band born in the sixties in Venice as a beat group.

Conventionally it represents with the Premiata Forneria Marconi and the Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso the cutting edge of the Italian progressive, as well as one of the groups that have enjoyed greater visibility abroad.

In recent years the group has participated in some of the most important progressive rock events in the world
