Sony Music and Denki Groove just announced they have suspended the contract with Takkyu Ishino and therefore Denki Groove are free to carry on, away from Sony Music.

Official statement from their website, put through Google Translate and cleaned up a bit:
In connection to the arrest of Pierre Taki, a contract artist of Sony Music, on suspicion of a drug control law violation, we sincerely apologize to all fans and everyone in the area concerned for his inconvenience and concern.
We take this situation seriously and, from today, we will respond as follows in regard to the products of Pierre Taki handled by our company and Denki Groove related products:
・ Stop shipment of CD and video products
・ Collecting over-the-counter stock of CDs and video products
・ Stop digital distribution of audio and video
