I thought it was just me who thought this guys albums didn't live up to the hype, the more I look the more I see I'm not alone. Sure he has some good stuff but I was expecting non stop crazy good and I sat there waiting for something to happen then......nothing.
Cool name, cool artwork, cool concept, cool dj but music wise pretty mediocre. (in my opinion of course)

I saw him at his Tokyo premier (?) in October 2008 where he opened up for The Cinematic Orchestra amongst others. This guy is a powerhouse and musical nerd and looked like having a lot of fun on his drum machine and mixers.
As part of his performance an artist was creating a live chalk painting on stage.
I wouldn't say his act was necessarily danceable as would have been expected, well, unless you consider epileptic spasms dance.
He mixed Aphex Twin's Windowlicker on double speed, proceeded to play excerpts of Wu-tang's 36 chambers and immediately after we heard a Squarepusher d'n'b which concluded the set.
