I have many CDs mastered by Vic, and they sound great. Most of them probably cost me anywhere from $5 to $15. He doesn't do any noise reduction or heavy limiting. Did a back to back comparison of the guess who's "American woman" 2000 Buddha remaster, and Vic's 2017 iconoclassic remaster. The Buddha sounds muddy (like noise reduction may have been applied), whereas iconoclassic sounds a lot like Kevin Gray's lacquer cut. If you see Vic's name, you'll get a winner

I'm a big fan of Vic Anesini's work. He does an excellent job remastering classic recordings for CD and bringing them alive for the listener's pleasure. Anytime you see his name on something, buy with confidence folks.
