The Brown Brothers started singing Gospel, three part harmony, at the early age of nine, ten and twelve years, with guitar accompaniment. They were soon playing and singing in the local churches of South Jersey. The Brothers were sponsored by several state senators to appear at the New York World's Fair in the New Jersey pavillion. When reaching military age, two of the boys were inducted into the Armed Services. This interrupted their singing career until their discharge, at which time they began singing again throughout the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware area with the South Jersey S.D.A. Choir. They appearweekly on television in the tri-county South Jersey area. Having written words and music for several songs, they are noted best for soft, blended harmony and special interpretations of songs telling the old, old Story.
