Profile:

American guitar and vibraphone player, born in Georgia 1925, raised in Detroit, died in 1994. Perhaps most famous for his work as a session musician at Motown during the 1960's, until Berry Gordy "phased" him out. In January 1963 he had an album released titled Blue Vibrations (WSJ 206) on the Motown jazz subsidiary, Workshop Jazz.
Dave owned New Day, TCB and Demo Ristic labels.
Father of singer Charmaine (7).
