American songwriter. Born October 29 1935, died September 3 2020. Among his best known songs are "Everybody Plays The Fool", "Good Lovin", "If You Gotta Make a Fool of Somebody", "I've Got My Mind Set On You" and "It's In His Kiss (The Shoop Shoop Song)".
