Swedish singer, songwriter, actor, screenwriter and TV presenter, born 20 April 1947 in Vansbro, Dalarna.

He has been an active pop artist since the 1960s and achieved international success in 1974, mainly with the song "Hooked on a Feeling". Skifs has participated in Melodifestivalen four times, of which he won twice (1978 and 1981). He has appeared as an entertainer in various TV contexts and has acted as an actor both on the stage, in a number of successful films and on TV.

In 1984, Skifs received the Karamelodiktstipendiet and in 2008 the Litteris et Artibus.
