But a man is simply a genius. He was born to be an avant-garde artist in electronic music. I'm a techno fan, but the best thing in my life that I had the opportunity to hear live was his live performance in Belgrade in 2008. It simply cannot be described in words.

As close you get to a genius in modern 'electronica'. Outstanding technical skills and emotional depth on every single release. Also perhaps even better live.

For a few months now the official facebook page has been taken down, vladislavdelay.com blackened out. No info online as to why, though (not to be a *Whistleblower* but) common logic dictates there's nothing good behind it. Couldn't held back my curiosity any further and since it's my (probably) most favoured producer in question, asking anyone for any info.

An incredible talent for writing and producing. Almost every release is worth listening to - beautiful, impressive music. Everything produced sounds considered and well thought out. By far the most slept on artist of the decade.

I don't get it - his new stuff is more imaginative and creative than 90% of dub techno and minimal albums released by other artists. Yet everyone sleeps on him!

i have never heard anything that would impress me as much as works of Vladislav Delay; when for the 1st time i heard Uusitalo lp i automatically fell in love with; all things he produced are truly amazing - great production skills are just a part of what he has to offer. This music is truly soaked with feelings, presence of which is almost remarkable. Not important which genre he touches: it might be post-Oswald dubby techno, micro-electronica or even smooth vocal house... The result is always wonderful!

For some time, while waiting for his new productions, I was afraid if he'll live up to my expectations, but Demo(n) tracks, as well as Demo(n) cuts assured me that Delay is probably the most interesting musician of our times...

well good, particularly like the grungier stuff on CR. he's lost the plot a bit recently.
