I have been a Jenny Burton fan for a long while now. The lady has a dynamic voice which is truly a blessing sent down from above. The first time I saw her perform was at Damrosch Park at Lincoln Center about twenty years ago. She sang, "His eyes is on the Sparrow" . Apparently God has watched over her indeed as she is still standing & going strong. May God continue to bless & keep her now and always...

Jenny Burtons best dance hits from the breakin' days of real Hip Hop, are "I Remember What You Like" and the flipside "Players". These cuts used to make the B-Boys go all out!!

I find Jenny Burtons style very attractive. Her upbeat music can put you on a dance floor and keep you movin, while her slower ballads can move you to tears. Her hit Deeper than pride is my all time favorite. It moves me every time I hear it. I just wish the record label would recognize her timelessness and continue to carry her music. The albumn In Black and White is a must have!
