Last Dance, The
Part of the early 4AD stable, Last Dance were one of the many short-lived acts on the label. They only released one song, the seven-minute 'Malignant Love'. The track was originally released on 4AD's "Presage(s)" compilation in 1980 and then on the reissued "Natures Mortes" - a sampler that had originally been released in Japan alone in 1981 - featuring some of the tracks from "Presage(s)", Last Dance's 'Malignant Love' among them. The band was vocalist/keyboardist Soozy Bowler, bassist PPP, and guitarist Phil Roberts.
