September 6, 2011So the "Flirts" are what would today be called a "music project" - a producer using session singers. The albums are always a mix of strong singles, some would-be singles and some real fillers. A mystery remains the "Flirts '92" album "Take A Chance On Me". Either this was sitting on the shelf for a long time or Bobby O was out of time in 1992. This is a very 80s sounding album with some strong tracks which could have been singles, but the production is very low-key, the vocals are not up to earlier "Flirts" standard. And don't pay real money for this one, all tracks are scattered on the "Physical Attraction" 3-CD set.
