Poland native and expert pianist, Eric Tadla, DJ Sonar, has been involved with music since age 5. Tadla's musical gift was discovered by one of his instructors when he started playing piano with no formal training in kindergarten. From that point on Tadla developed deeper into his passion of music through composing and mastering the timeless classical music. At the age of 13 Eric moved to America. From classical he progressed to other forms of music particularly jazz. In college Tadla performed in the jazz band while studying music education, making his own versions of the traditional compositions then moving on to electronic music. His first introduction to electronic music was the music of Jean Michel Jarre who continues to influence many of his compositions. Knowing his heart was always in performance and composition, he left his teaching position and met Randy Boyer. Together they became famous with their EnMass project. Randy and Eric released tracks under their own names as well, such as 'Stemcell' and 'Alive'.
Eric Tadla died Saturday July 26 2008 at the age of 33 years old. He is survived by his wife and one child.
