Eugen Tluck was born on May 16, 1948 in Kempten / Allgäu. He completed a full degree, majoring in Viola and Music Teachers Seminar, as well as courses at the Orff Institute in Salzburg for Elemental Music Education and Therapy. In 1966 he received the national prize in the competition "Jugend Musiziert." From 1971-1972 he was engaged at the State Theatre on Gärtnerplatz, and from 1974 the Munich Radio Orchestra.

In 1972, Tluck performed his civilian service at the special school Schönbrunn where he produced and directed children's musicals in the Orff Schulwerk style, including: "Where the Wild Things Are", "The Little People of Ballabuschka" and "The Adventures of Brave Benjamin" and other settings of children's books. In 1975 he founded a private music school in Petershausen. Eugen Tluck is a founding member of Culture Förderkreis Petershausen (founded in 1978), where he served as Head of Music. Eugen Tluck continued concerts at home and abroad with various orchestras and record productions, including those with the Munich Radio Orchestra, the Tluck Quartet, the folk music group "Prielbergmusi," and the "Toni-Goth- Ensemble".
