Alan Johnson is a music producer and recording engineer at Static Shack Studios located in Indianapolis, Indiana, where for over 25 years he has recorded, mixed, mastered and produced music, film and television scores, publishing demos, post-production projects and radio / television commercials.
Whether recording and producing pop, rock, country, bluegrass or blues, the focus is always about the artist and song. Having worked with a diverse number of artists, musicians and songwriters from national recording acts Paul Rodgers, John Fogarty and The Byrds to indie bands Blue Moon Revue, Standout Story and Recoil as well as Midwest legends Duke Tumatoe, Larry Crane, Steve Allee and Faith Marie.
The Static Shack is also the musical home to the internationally broadcast Bob and Tom Radio Show where Alan has been the recording engineer and a co-producer for virtually the entire catalog that encompasses over fifty CD releases and has also recorded mixed and produced projects for renown comedians Heywood Banks, Tim Wilson and Rodney Carrington.
