Rachel Kurtz is a Minneapolis-based songwriter, performer and recording artist. Churches across the country have discovered Rachel’s powerhouse voice and joyful presence thanks to her relentless touring schedule, and her featured appearances on the main stage of recent national youth gathering. Her song “Make A Difference,” unveiled at the 2012 ELCA Youth Gathering, has become a widespread sensation sung by praise bands, youth groups, and school choirs from coast to coast. Rachel has participated in benefit concert tours across the country with fellow musicians Agapé and Lost And Found, helping to raise $125,000 for ELCA World Hunger. In addition to her music leadership at conventions and congregations, Rachel is also an in-demand retreat facilitator and keynote speaker at youth weekends, women’s retreats and many times at Sunday morning worship.
