Profile:
Earliest known project of James Kirby, under which he formed V/Vm Test Records and the netlabel Vukzid as a means to release his own works, as well as those of like-minded artists and collaborators.

You have to hand it to him: If nothing else, V/vm is quite the daredevil. First, he creates his own label with Janskynoise, deals in artists nobody else will, runs it off his own money, then he writes music which screws around with the ears, the mind, and, of course, copyright laws, and then he gives away 1000+ downloads, both through it and Vuzkid, a subdivision. But he's not just another artist worth ignoring altogether, no he is not. My best description of his specialty? Turning everything we all remember into things we want to forget. From "Rock n' Roll Christmas" to "Take my breath away, to his original works like "Sabam" "Sometimes Good Things Happen" and the Machine Components series, this man will leave you confused, in shock, begging for more, or in some cases, he messes with your mind so much that all you can do is laugh. Check him out. Maybe you'll like him, maybe you won't. Maybe you'll want to punch his pig-masked face in, maybe you'll want to shake his hand. It's all subjective, just give him a try.
