Giorgio Cencetti aka DJ Farrapo, italian musicologist, dj & producer, samba lover and amateur cook. His ingredients: flavours from all over the world. His brand: a hot mix of pulsing club music.
Dj Farrapo brings to the dancefloor the warmth of human touch, which is the secret sauce of his musical dishes.

His solid reputation as a dj has seen him perform in clubs from Italy, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Hungary, Polonia, Slovakia, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Brasil, sharing the console with many top dj’s like Rainer Truby (Germany), Paul Murphy (UK), Buscemi (Belgium), Drumagick (Brasil), Marcelinho Da Lua (Brasil) and many others.

His research and production style is influenced by his love of traditional music from all over the world and he has perfected a unique blend of Balkan, Brazilian and Afro sounds mixed up with contemporary dancefloor rhythms such as drum’n’bass & break beat.

He has released several singles (Agogo Rec, Urban World Rec, Afro Art Rec, Record Kicks, Tam Tam Studio) and his tracks was included in very well know compilations like “Hotel Costes 11”, “Brazilectro 10”, “Sambass”.

His best seller “Swingy Mama” stayed at the top of the charts of Juno Rec (UK) for several months.

He also remixed several well known band and artists (The New Mastersounds, Ojos De Brujos, Solo Moderna, Janko Nilovic, Makala,….)
