I just started listening to Mr Wall courtesy of YouTube Music suggesting his new album.
The story telling in the music is vivid and expansive, you can imagine everything he sings about. He sounds like Johnny Cash and Sam Elliot combined their voices into some glorious baritone. I'm looking forward to more from Colter.

Colter will be one of those to talk about this year, He is Cash and Townes in one body.. I believe so. "Imaginary Appalachia" is a marvellous 5/5 album even though it is 2 years old. At his age of 21 and having THAT voice like an 60 year old? I think there will be great times to come for this canadian artist. He will simply blow you away. Best thing that happened to folk and country in 20 years..
