Mike Scott, or "The Wizard" is a Grammy award winning engineer and producer based in New York, responsible for countless #1 hits and platinum albums during his career with Sony Music and his own Wizard Records. He worked directly for Tommy Mottola at Sony Music, engineering Mariah Carey through five platinum albums. His credits include such artists as Billy Joel, Hall and Oates, Jennifer Lopez, 10,000 Maniacs and many more. He also recorded Nirvana's MTV Unplugged In New York album.
Has worked at Wizard Recording Studios, Hudson Studios and The Hit Factory in New York.
