Born Febuary, 1951 in Hoboken, New Jersey, USA.
Jude began singing when he was eleven. He began his first band at the age of twelve. His band the VeeJays became popular in Hoboken in his teens before his band "Pat and The Bottled Brass" got a record deal, the record company changing the band's name to "The Student Body" on the eve of recording.
Soon after he auditioned for "Jesus Christ Superstar" and was cast as Judas. Jude recorded on Mercury Records and Kirshner Records and New York's Record Plant Studio.
Jude appeared with John Lennon on ABC-TV's "Wide World" special, and on Lennon's Wall and Bridges LP. In 1975, Jude recorded a Lennon (and Roy Cicala) song "Incantation" with the band Dog Soldier with Jude on lead vocals and Lennon co-producing the production; it was the first time the song was recorded.
