US Songwriter, March 15, 1936 – March 4, 1986, most successful from 1950s-1970s. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he is best known for his writing collaborations with Neil Sedaka and Jack Keller. Hits include "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do", "Oh Carol!", "Love Will Keep Us Together" and "Is This The Way To Amarillo". Mr. Greenfield was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1991.
