(stylized as "GAWD") is the brainchild of Kansas City musician Johnny Hamil
and functions as an offshoot of the band Mr. Marco's V7
. The first album "Thanks For Everything" is a vocal album that started out as a MMV7 record. Around the time of its construction, many of the people who've played in MMV7 over the years moved back in to Kansas City, prompting Johnny to put together many forms of the MMV7 so the voices on the instruments would be a unique as the voices on the recording. Three unique versions of the band were created, Punkfunkpolka, CartoonNoirJazz, and FreeExoticaMiddleEastern. All three performed at various times with instrumental versions of the vocal record to be released at later dates.
