Dark, deep and sexy, these are the words that come up when i think about Sander’s sets. His own productions, his prog and tribal sets in the past. Only love for this guy! And yes of course things changed after 2005, progressive house is no more.. I still listen to his older sets and productions, and i am thankful!

Sanders best moments were "My Lexicon" and "Sacred", which both feature on GU13 mixed by Sasha. His Nubreed mix, in my opinion, coincided with a tipping point for prog house. Prog had become over-exposed and the formula of the music was so predictable. I'll bet GU and Hooj experienced some worrying times. I think Hooj actually folded. GU have changed tack a bit, good for them!
