Born Uuno Mononen on October 23, 1930 in Muolaa (in Karelian Isthmus, back then a part of Finland, nowadays belongs to Russia). A Finnish composer.
He started his career as a singer, but lost his voice due to a failed adenoidectomy. After this he learned to play guitar and compose music, and he became one of the most successful tango composers in Finland. His most known tango is "Satumaa".
Died on June 28, 1968 in Somero, Finland.
