No comments on this LEGEND of the acid and techno communities? Well, I'll be brief, but in terms of 303 mastery and pounding techno rhythms, few match the Geezer's skills. The first thing I ever heard by this acid-madman was his joint track with DDR, the infamous "Mad Cows on Acid." Within months, I was buying every Geezer record I could find in Southern California (this was around 1998, before online shops became common). The dribbly acid lines and chugging techno beats just blew me away.

In many cases, you could hear one of his tracks for the first time and instantly recognize the artist: "Oh, this is another bubbly acid stomper from the Geezer, isn't it?!?" (I said that once) Plus, he's been producing non-stop since the early glory days of London acid techno and continues to churn out bangers to this day.

Bottom line, all us acid-heads need to thank Guy for his stellar catalog of corking acid techno. Oh, and as a big fan of Dick Lucas and the UK Subhumans, I must point out Guy played with them before, not to mention several other prominent bands. And obviously he plays with the epic Dogshite too (if you know, you know; if not, I'm sure that sounds funny). So, put simply, he is a living music legend.

Keep the acid techno coming, sir! :)
