Label manager and A&R of 'Editions Montparnasse 2000' in their early years. Recruited by André Farry, creator of this French library label. Later founded himself Neuilly and Crea Sound Ltd.. Also known as conductor and composer Pépé Luiz, Dave Sucky or Dave Sarkys.
is often credited as co writer on many release on Montparnasse 2000, for ex, on Jean Jacques Perrey release but he did not had any creative rules.
In June 2006, Louis Delacour retires and sells his Mondiophone catalog to Kapagama.
