The first musical acts Bert Williams did was in Riverside California with his partner George W. Walker in the late 1890; Bert Williams was active from 1892-1922. He is also known for the music tracks he did under the (Columbia Record label), in 1906 called "Nobody," which is considered by some to be among the forerunner track of classic west coast rap music. Bert Williams is also among the first famous Afro-American comedians,actors,and musicians of the late 1800's & early 1900's.
