| Profile: | Derek Trucks, born June 8, 1979 in Jacksonville, FL, USA, is an American guitarist and songwriter, founder of the Grammy Award-winning The Derek Trucks Band and nephew of the late Butch Trucks. He became an official member of The Allman Brothers Band in 1999. In 2010 he formed the Tedeschi Trucks Band with his wife (since Dec. 5, 2001), blues singer/guitarist Susan Tedeschi. |
