José Parra Del Pino
He belonged to the group Los Dragones, along with the Roldosista deputy Fernardo Rosero, Francisco Paquico Pérez, Guillermo Vega, Vicente Marcillo and Alfredo Núñez del Arco.
They aroused the interest of record producers, who hired them and won the Huancavilca trophy as the most popular set in the country. The group dissolved, but Parra began his solo career and was called by Ifesa, who at that time had the representation of the RCA Víctor brand.
In 1971, he entered television as the presenter of 'La disco del 10' (TC), which was later called 'La Disco de Pepe Parra', in which national and international artists performed. He also stood out as an entrepreneur and brought Enrique and Ana, Emanuel, the Menudo group and others to the country. Some political parties asked him to join. "I have not accepted because I do not want to be a political character, but civic, I want to give shows in the neighborhoods so that people enjoy the music."
