There are two sides of this true pioneer artist. a) The Tipper who releases Psyambient albums like 'Surrounded', 'The Seamless Unspeakable Something', 'Broken Soul Jamboree' and '(upcoming downtempo album)'.
b) Then there is Tipper the unofficial king of Glitch Hop, with a stunning chain of EPs like 'Bubble Control', 'Shatter Box' and full albums like 'Tip Hop', 'Wobble Factor', 'Relish the Trough' and 'Tertiary Noise'.
Both areas of sound he develops, in state of the art high fidelety, with his very unique ultra detailed style of glitch, natural acoustics, sound design and rhythmic swing.
Pure inspiration.

As Tipper is my absolutely favourite artist I can say only positive things about him. :)
The main point is that he could completely keep his unique own style until the so many years and thru all the music scenes he touched. Doesn't matter if you listen to some ambient, experimental, trip-hop, abstract hip-hop, nu school break, glitch - or sometimes a mixture from all of these - from him, the quality is always perfect. Very perecise, elaborated sounding.
TIPPER RULEZ! :)

Tipper's first album, The Critical Path, is the most stunning album I have ever heard (apart from some of Orbital's works). I guarantee you that you will have heard nothing like it - it seems to be made out of pure darkness. Nowadays he makes meaty breakbeat, which is not as mind-blowing as the earlier stuff, but the bass can still kill an elephant from half a mile away.
