Theophanis Lamboukas (born 26 January 1936 in Paris), was professionally known as Théo Sarapo. He was a French actor and singer of Greek origin. He was Edith Piaf's second husband and recorded the hit song "A Quoi Ca Sert L'Amour" with her in 1962. He died due to a car accident on August 28, 1970 in Limoges, France. His stage name 'Sarapo', as pronounced in French, sounds like the Greek for 'I love you' and was picked for him by Piaf.

He was the brother of Christie Laume
