Nicole Felix


French singer and actress born in 1938, Paris.
At 15 years left her sports career (hockey) to became singer.
1956 - won the prize for most expressive singer at the International Chanson Festival in Deauville, France.
1958 - won second prize at the Song Festival Brussels with song "Wenn man nur die Liebe hat".
1959 - Domenico Modugno wrote for Nicole "Ciao, ciao, Bambino" , which became a worldwide hit in their interpretation
Nicole Felix had from 1959 to the mid- 60's her second home in GDR (German Democrat Republic).
During this time she recorded some plates, toured with his own show, "Musik ist Trumpf"("Music is the key") in German Democrat Republic and the neighboring countries.
1962 - played in DEFA film "Revue um Mitternacht"("Revue at midnight")
She now lives in Angers, France
