Well, here it is. The brainchild of Gudon's own ONE after dropping the hardcore punk side went on to form this monster known as DISSECTING TABLE. Although the project itself has a pretty long and sometimes dispersive approach to all what can pass through the noise/industrial/abstract/concrete music niche, the first steps were deeply rooted into industrial. Or rather, Death industrial, with rhythmic noise punctuating the sonic landscape - sometimes just punishing and oppressive, but Always dirgy. I never really liked the more abstract releases, also, i want to point out that the evolution of the project has led to a point, in the 90s, where it became a beast on his own. The empashis on rhythmic noise + brutish grunts went even further when "Groping In The Dark" was relased, a compilation of sort of that era. And what a fucking record it is : basically it's that formula, plus a kind of hardcore punk meets industrial approach to it, developed into the extremes that Ichiro seems to know pretty well (think latter GISM gone totally grindy and insane without the band backing Sakevi, and Uchida's exquisite metal soloing) adpting them to his own taste. That album for me remain their magnum opus, although some early releases show that the project was already evolving in that direction. Not to mention, Gudon/Bastard 's guitarist and prodigy Zigyaku helping Ichiro through his catharsis, with titles and more importantly songs like "I Get My Slogan" (iconic, to say the least) dictating the pace for this cyber Godzilla of extreme music. Really "once in a lifetime" kind of "band" at least to me.
