they can be easily defined as true pioneers with vision. their early tracks are influential until these days to many of relevant producers. "move me" is a stone cold classic - is sounds like the reel tape is on the verge of cracking up inside the Roland space echo, this track will never be forgotten.

These guys played a big role in shaping up House Music scene in South Africa in the mid-90's into the millenium.

Here's the proof:

4 tracks licensed on one compilation.

I rocked "Love Revolution" 2 weeks ago (19 Jan 2012!!!!) and the masses went crazy on the dancefloor.

* Crustation – Flame (Mood II Swing Vocal Mix)
* Mysterious People – Love Revolution (Mood II Swing Remix 2)
* Mood II Swing – All Night Long
* Mood II Swing – Ohh

These low profile guys released alot of cracking good stuff in the 90's, and many of them big classics. There are many to mention like the hard to find 'Do It Your Way'. Others include 'Closer' on King Street and the super-smooth Wall Of Sound - 'Critical' on Eightball. They also did many great remixes but you can always be sure that it is not a waste of money if you buy their early stuff.
Today they aren't so underground as they were. Things shifted when they released a cheesy remix of 'Don't mess with my man' by Lucy Pearl and good releases by them are far in between as well as the artist themself doing things of their own now. They released a record on Defected in 2004 that was so-and-so, but in '05 we saw them return to King Street with the track 'Magical Life' that was a decent track atleast so they still got some touch in this game. John Ciafone does some work for himself today and Lem Springsteen aren't to be heard of solo-wise and does only remaining on the Mood II Swing side.
They held a low profile otherwise outside music. I remember i shared a hotelroom with an old friend of mine at WMC 2005, he pretty much knew who´s who in the soulful house industry as he worked in the Radio back then. We came to talk about Mood II Swing and he said "Man, i been to many conferences and talked or interviewed most high profiled producers out there, but Mood II Swing, i have never met or seen ever"..
