Theodore Antoniou (b. Feb 10, 1935 - d. Dec 26, 2018), was a Greek composer and conductor. He studied violin, voice, and composition at the National Conservatory of Athens, the Hellenic Conservatory, and conducting at both The Hochschule für Musik and the International Music Centre in Darmstadt. He had composed a wide range of musical works such as operas and choral works, chamber music, music for films and theatre as well as solo instrumental works. He had conducted many works of Jani Christou, as he was one of his major influences. He held the position of professor of composition at Boston University. Theodore Antoniou was also one of the creators of Ελληνικός Σύνδεσμος Σύγχρονης Μουσικής on October, 1965.
