Claude Denjean
Profile: | French violinist, film composer, and record arranger, born in Foix (1924), died in Marzan (1998). Studied at Paris' Conservatoire National Supérieur. Released an album with Moog synthesiser pieces. Arranged some of Charles Aznavour's biggest hits. In 1967, he arranged and conducted André Popp's Eurovision Song Contest composition 'L'amour est bleu', performed by Vicky Leandros. Worked and lived in Canada for some time. Brother of Jacques Denjean. |
